What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a medical treatment that uses tiny needles to puncture the skin used to diminish:

Microneedling is minimally invasive and safe for all skin tones. It works by stimulating your body to make collagen.
When properly performed, your body responds by healing the holes in your skin with just the right amount of collagen. This can lead to less noticeable scars and wrinkles, and more even skin tone and texture.
Microneedling is typically performed with hyaluronic acid to help add hydration to the skin. Other “booster” options are available to enhance the regenerative effects of the microneedling treatment.

Exosomes
Exosomes are vesicles secreted by stem cells (sourced from human bone marrow and umbilical fetal cells) that can penetrate deep into the skin to communicate with other cells; they instruct skin cells to behave like younger, healthier cells. Exosomes are formulated in a lab for consistent results, therefore potency doesn’t vary based on the age or health of the patient. They are typically applied during or after procedures to enhance skin regeneration and healing as well as used in skincare and can be injected into the skin (off label). Exosomes have the most regenerative capabilities compared to other “booster” options.
PDRN (Polynucleotides)
PDRN is sourced from salmon DNA and doesn’t contain growth factors directly, but rather stimulates fibroblasts in the skin layers to stimulate collagen production and tissue repair. PDRN (Polynucleotides) is also lab formulated for consistent results with high regenerative potential. PDRN can be applied during or after procedures or injected into the skin (off label).
Growth Factor Serum
Stem cell-derived growth factors are effective for surface level rejuvenation and inflammation control. They have moderate regenerative potential and are formulated in a lab for consistent results, therefore potency doesn’t vary based on the age or health of the patient. The serum is applied topically after treatments or used in skin care products.
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
PRP is derived directly from the your own blood. We draw the blood, process it in the office and use immediately.
PRP can be applied topically during microneedling or injected into the skin or scalp for skin and hair regeneration or tissue repair.
The regenerative capability of PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is low to moderate and depend on the health and age of the patient, therefore outcomes may vary.
