Exosomes vs. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is derived from the patient’s own blood and contains a concentration of platelets that release growth factors. While it can stimulate tissue repair, its regenerative power is highly variable and dependent on the patient’s biology (age, health, hydration, etc.).
